Privacy policy

The short version

• This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers. Your visit is not profiled here.
• Our games run on Playgama, which handles platform accounts, ads and payments. We see only aggregate gameplay numbers — how many people played, how long a run lasted, where players stop — never who you are.
• The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us by e-mail.

This website

• Static pages: fonts, artwork and screenshots are served from our own host, so viewing a page makes no request to any advertising, analytics or font service.
• Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and operations. They are not used to identify visitors or to build profiles, and they are rotated out by the provider's normal log retention.
• The pages store nothing in your browser beyond the browser's own cache. No cookie banner is shown because no cookies are set.

Our games

• Games are published on Playgama and talk to the platform through the Playgama Bridge SDK. Progress saves (gold, unlocks, settings) live in your browser's local storage and, where the platform offers cloud saves, in Playgama's storage tied to your platform profile.
• We receive gameplay telemetry: anonymous events such as session start and end, run duration, the level or wave reached, upgrades chosen, and interactions with ads or in-game purchases. These events carry a random per-install identifier — no name, e-mail address or account is attached to them. We read them in aggregate to find where players lose interest or get stuck, and to balance the games.
• Accounts, advertising, in-game payments and platform-level data are handled by Playgama. Their own privacy policy and terms apply to that part of the service.

What we do not collect

• No names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers through the games — we only see the address you write from when you contact us.
• No precise location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.
• No advertising profiles, and no data sold or shared beyond the processors listed below.

Who processes what

Retention

• Website access logs: rotated by the hosting provider on its normal schedule.
• Gameplay telemetry: kept as aggregated statistics for as long as we develop and support the games.
• E-mail: kept for as long as the conversation needs, or longer if you ask us to keep it.

Your rights

Write to info@overfit-interactive.com.tr to ask what data relates to you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to a specific use. Because the games run on Playgama, requests about a platform account, an advert or a purchase are answered by Playgama — we will forward anything we receive that belongs there and point you to their tools.

Children

Our games and this site are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly applied.
